I first met Eric Peoples in March of 1997. I was retiring from my job at Kodak in Windsor, Colorado. I would drive down to Denver every week-end and look at condos & town homes. I met a realtor who recommended Eric and said he would have Eric call me. He called the next day and drove up to Windsor and took me house hunting in Denver. Eric found the condo I am still living in and because of personal intrest, integrity and knowledge of the real estate market, my son purchased a condo and later a 4 bedroom home from Eric. This spring Eric sold my daughter and her family a lovely home.. When it comes to real estate, Eric is our man, he is always considerate, polite and listens to what you are saying.
